Welcome to Dartmoor, you’re home away from home! …. Feel your trials and tribulations wash away as you open the front door and gaze out over the beautiful Lake Toxaway. Located in a peaceful cove, serenity abounds while relaxing on either one of the two decks with beautiful long range lake views…. You’ll not want to leave! The garden is beautiful, the neighborhood is inviting and the streets are quiet for long walks. Dartmoor is not a pet friendly rental.
You will find Dartmoor spotlessly clean, light and airy - the entry level of our three bedroomed home has two queen bedrooms which share a bathroom that has a walk in shower. On to the Living Room with a magical view of the lake and a TV. We have cable TV furnished by Comporium. On the other side of the Living Room there is a dining table that seats 6.
The kitchen is complete with an electric stove and microwave and has a drip coffee machine as well as a toaster and a toaster oven. There are plenty pots and pans as well as wine glasses and drinking glasses to satisfy the number of occupancy.
The deck outside of the Living Room has an outside wooden table with 6 chairs and there is a charcoal Weber grill for your grilling pleasure. Stairs from the deck will take you down to the lakeside deck that has two lounging chairs.
The entry level has two bedrooms - a King bedroom and a queen bedroom - both of these bedrooms share a bathroom.
Down the stairs to the lower level that has a Living Room, TV, and a bar area. The third bedroom, a queen bedroom, has a very large walk in closet area that also accommodates a large bathroom with a large walk in shower as well as a twin bed.. The laundry is also located in the lower level.
Dartmoor has cable internet.
You are able to rent a boat and have it docked at your own private dock.
