Enjoy the breeze and view on the upper decks or hang out "Dockside" and clean your catch of the day! Located near the Fishing Center and Boat Ramp. Outdoor shower, a place to hang your waders, half bath near dock with bait freezer, and a nice fish cleaning station! This Condo comes with a boat lift.
Please note...The boat lift is rated for boats weighing up to 3000 lbs. Boats heavier will not be able to be lifted out of the canal and any damage caused will be at the expense of the renter.
