Enter this home through the mudroom, a great addition to any Cape home, keeping the sand out and the fun in. Step into a sun soaked living room, with comfortable seating for your TV watching pleasure (please note: fireplace not for guest use). Two of the home's three bedrooms are off of the living room, the first right housing a bedroom with a queen bed, and the second right housing the primary bedroom with a king size bed.
