Positive: Both bedrooms come equipped with USB outlets for charging your devices. The complex itself has a wonderful lap pool with a tanning deck as well as a cute little dog park!

Negative: For being a beach location, one might expect a blender, but not here. A toaster, percolator and coffeemaker as listed is all. Not even Tupperware for leftovers. And no kitchen towels, so you’ll need to steal from the bathrooms. Dinnerware is minimal (a mere 6-count of everything), so plan on washing dishes daily if not more often. There ended up being only two in our party in our two-bedroom, so daily worked for us, but in a full capacity two-bedroom, you’ll need to wash between every meal. A broom is provided, however with LVT and carpet throughout, a vacuum and swifter would have been nice to keep the place clean since staying long-term. Moving on to the bedrooms, if you are the type of person who likes to unpack and make yourself at home, this isn’t the place for you. The brown cabinets pictured are nothing but an empty cabinets. There are no coat hangers or drawers anywhere, only wire closet racks that are so packed with extra bedding in both closets, there’s only room left to hang clothes, but again, no hangers. Right around the corner you’ll find the local police station and the hospital. While conveniently located, the rental building backs up to the main road, so enjoy listening to police and ambulance sirens ALL. NIGHT. LONG. The units are not in buildings designated as vacation rentals but integrated within a tenant building with disgruntled tenants who make it quite clear their dislike of the comings and goings of vacationers, particularly if you have children and/or dogs. We were confronted within three hours of arriving and informed of their expectations. Lastly, the cleaning crew definitely doesn’t look under or behind furniture when cleaning.
