Then welcome to our exceptional, Bermuda-style three level home in the exclusive Bermuda Bay private gated Ocean Side Village community located in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. Our 'Tommy Bahama' style, custom decorated vacation home will be the perfect home for your family vacation. Our 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home can sleep 15 people comfortably in beds and 2 pullout couches. Bermuda Bay is part of the private gated community of Oceanside Village. Bermuda Bay was a recent winner of the prestigious 'Parade Of Homes' by the Horry County Home Builders Association. This beautiful resort-style community is located just south of Myrtle Beach and minutes from Murrells Inlet, Litchfield and Pawley's Island. We offer both weekly and long term rentals which include the use of our large personal golf cart and nearly a dozen bicycles. We have the perfect home for the 'snow-birds', offering a complete living area and full kitchen on the 1st floor of our home and another living area with a full kitchen on the 2nd floor of our home. These areas can be locked out and completely separate during the winter months for our long term snowbird renters.
Off Season Rentals: Our monthly rental for the upper unit during the winter 2018 season is $1500.00. The lower unit is $1000.00 a month.
