20 miles north of Asheville and 1 block from downtown Mars Hill. Walkable to everything our quaint town has to offer; University, coffee shop, restaurants, brewery, theater, library, greenway, visitors center etc.
Private parking for 1 car, outdoor sitting area, and a private entrance. Bringing a second car? No Problem, just let us know before arrival. Great view with awesome sunsets.
The space:
Outdoor seating area, new queen bed and all amenities that a hotel would offer plus some. Easy walk to university, coffee, restaurants and shops etc.
Guest access:
You will have the designated parking spot for 1 vehicle, side yard and outdoor sitting area. The room is accessed by passing through our laundry room and a small hall which will be kept private during your stay.
Other things to note:
Our backyard is next to the Mayors hobby farm. He keeps chickens and roosters... at time you will hear them. If you foresee this being a problem, and want to book elsewhere, we understand and encourage you to do so.
