Welcome to your newly updated ultimate private, luxury beach getaway nestled along the serene Forgotten Coast - Salt Aire! This 3-bedroom beach house is a part of our Unico Sol Properties family, where our focus is an ELEVATED guest experience, and it offers an unparalleled beach experience. From its one-of-a-kind private pool, breathtaking ocean views, multiple outdoor spaces, and thoughtfully coastal-chic designed interior, Salt Aire is sure to become your go to home away from home. Please don't leave your 4-legged best friend at home...we are dog friendly (with pet fee) and love hosting the entire family!
The private pool can be heated any time of the year for an additional fee ($60/day and must be heated for the entire stay). The fee is collected after booking.

The home is dog friendly only - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 65lbs each (larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis - please message us before booking). Dogs must be included in the reservation and the $250 pet fee per dog, per stay, is due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Larger dogs may be considered but must be approved by the owner before booking. *An undisclosed dog fee of $400 (per dog) will be charged if you bring a dog that is not included in the reservation and pet fee paid prior to check-in.*
We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it. Please note, we do not make any exceptions to our cancellation policy, regardless of reason. 2-3 mid size vehicles max - parking is permitted directly in front of house in the gravel driveway

THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah).

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.
The home has 3 ring cameras - one at the front door, back door, and side facing the pool equipment - all devices are for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.
! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
