The Space:
The fully equipped open plan kitchen & living area opens out to a huge deck. Large expanses of glass ensure water views & spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed whatever the temperature outside. Dine al fresco with a takeaway meal or grill your own catch in the comfort of your private outdoor space.
Three bedrooms are equipped with queen beds & the fourth has 2 single beds. The main bedroom boasts an en-suite & the 2nd bathroom has both a shower & bath tub. Quality bed linen & bath towels are provided along with complimentary Wifi. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine. Ducted heating & cooling provides year round guest comfort.
With no house steps to navigate and the convenience of private parking, your stay will be as relaxing as it is enjoyable.
Guest Access:
Access to the house is via the boatshed car park, through the gate to the private driveway parking area (the garage is not available for guest use). Tuross View is not fully fenced & due to its proximity to the lake may not be suitable for children.
Check in details will be supplied prior to arrival.
Check in from 2pm - Check out by 10am
The Neighborhood:
The property is adjacent to the popular Tuross Boatshed & Pickled Octopus café. These 2 businesses are open 7 days & during peak times it can get quite busy.
Getting Around:
The wonderful nearby public walk/cycleway will take you to popular swimming spots, the village shops & beyond.
A short 5 minute drive away to the local shops, country club with 9 hole golf course, bowling greens & a range of beaches.

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be cancelled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.
Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $500.00 applies at Tuross View. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.
Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 persons including adults & children.
Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at Tuross View. The property is non smoking.
