Both units have central air conditioning, and an outdoor gas barbeque complete with propane tanks. Both the living room and King bedrooms have televisions. Conveniently located with easy, immediate access to the Ocean, and the Gulf through Vaca Cut within minutes of the world's best fishing, snorkeling, and diving. Dock is 37 feet long with fresh water, fish cleaning table and bait freezer. This property will make you want to experience 'Tiki Time' for your tropical time outs year after year!
An added bonus – the private Cabana Club pool & beach membership is included with these units, which allows you access to a private beach and heated pool within blocks of the Tiki’s and right on the Ocean !
