4 Bedroom House in Lincolnville, Saint Augustine
Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in the country’s oldest city, St Augustine! Our charming 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is central to all you’ll need to have a fantastic getaway. A 10 minute walk will get you to the historical district and famous St George’s St! Or relax on the stunning beaches a short 10 minute drive. You’ll also want to grab a reservation at the St Augustine Fish Camp a 2 minute walk from the house! We accommodate up to 10 guest and promise a comfortable and memorable stay!
We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you are booking with me and are bringing a pet please let us know ahead of time! This fee is non-negotiable for any animal.
Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the amount of guests booked.
TVs are Roku and has a basic cable through Vizio streaming. Netflix is also provided for free.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (I often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $25
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $50
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $75
3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $100 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.
We have a smart thermostat in place in this apartment and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:
Summer - 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter - 60 to 75 degrees F
If this is outside of your comfort zone then this property may not be a good fit for you.
***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside the bungalow or in any outdoor areas***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***
