The house is not lacking for any amenity. You are not having to drive treacherous roads and getting back at night after a day at Dollywood is a breeze. The house sits on a hill and has a commanding view of the neighborhood yet backs up to a 100 acres of undeveloped forest. You have city living while being in the mountains. Starbucks is at the bottom of the road. Every thing you need is minutes away. Once you stay you will be able to tell the difference between properties that are simply short term rentals and the ones you know the owner uses. This is a fabulous place. A side note is that the sofa bed has a brand new mattress.
