The Space:
Welcome to the Tide Suite, a coastal sanctuary where comfort meets convenience. This newly renovated space features 2 inviting bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom, ensuring a restful stay. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi, unwind with a 50" Roku TV, and indulge your culinary cravings in the fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for a beach retreat, the Tide Suite invites you to relax in style. Book now for a coastal escape with all the modern comforts you desire.
All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided. Four beach towels are provided. No beach umbrella or beach toys are provided.
This unit is pet friendly. We allow up to 2 house trained dogs or cats and require:
-Pets not be allowed on the beds or furniture
-When pets are left alone, ideally, they are left in crates. Otherwise, the doors to the bedroom and bathroom should be left shut.
Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code. There is no ramp or elevator in this building.
Guests will have the entire suite to themselves. All suites / units are fully separate with dedicated entrances.
Getting Around:
Parking - Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot.
We do not have designated street parking-additional parking can be found at the beach access across the street from the building.
Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors at least 25 ft from the building. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors.
• Please clean up after your pets when outdoors. Utilize the pet waste station to properly dispose of any pet waste.
• No fires or fire pits allowed on the beach.
• No fireworks allowed on the beach. Use of fireworks will result in a breach of house rules as many house fires have been started in the area due to fireworks.
• Please stay off of the rocks on the beach, as they become slippery and can be quite dangerous.
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.
Check-out Instructions:
- Check-out is 11am
- Clean the dishes & return them
- Turn TV off
- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter
- Lock door behind you
