Relax on the back porch, or soak up the natural light flooding the inside of the apartment. It is only a short walk from downtown and 15 minutes to Fort Moore. If traveling with a larger group, you can rent both halves of the house! The fireplaces no longer work, but they add to the historic character of this great home!
The Space:
This is the back unit of a duplex; 2 bedrooms/1.5 bathrooms home sleeps 7 and is a perfect place to get away. The beautiful heart-pine floors have been refinished, the windows let in tons of light, and the beds are super comfy. The fireplaces no longer work, but they add to the historic character of this great home! Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and gathering around the TV in the living room. During your stay, you will have full access to the back unit; the front unit is rented separately. Please inquire if you are interested in renting both together.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
