There are 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 in beds) on the second level with 2 fully renovated bathrooms and an additional bathroom on the first level near the pool. The bedrooms include a master suite with a king bed, with master bathroom . The two guest bedrooms include a queen sized bed in one and 2 twin beds in the other and these share the additional full bathroom. The kitchen is recently updated and well-stocked and joins the open floor plan with the dining room and living area, all of which are also on the second level. There is a screened-in porch off the living room with comfortable lounging furniture that over-looks the scenic Sanibel River with loads of wildlife to watch. The private pool and hot-tub have a privacy fence, pool furniture, dining table and outdoor gas grill.
