UPDATE: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES!! Several bad reviews over exaggerated in my opinion. However we did get some water during one of the storms. We have removed all baseboards in the lower living section of the space dried it out, treated it and put in new base moldings. Put in new carpet. New epoxy coat on the kit. countertops. Serviced the AC units, Fixed the shower valves, mowed the yard. Fired the old maid/manager hired a new one!! THIS SPACE IS READY FOR YOU!! Sorry to our guest that had to endure our lapse in management.
