My home is a historic home build in 1937 Florida stucco home , sits off the road on a haft acre underneath the walnut n pea can trees , stone walkway in to the house , walking distance to downtown
The house has all hardwood walnut floors , the kitchen is all new cabins n Appliances, gas stove dishwasher side by side ref
Wood burning fireplace useable since 1937
The main bathroom has Art Deco hug tub and the 2 Ed bathroom has walk in shower!
Plenty of space and room for larger family , plenty of off the street parking !
Other things to note
With in walking distance to all the shops , restaurants and clubs in the new Hilton in our historic district downtown
Also too short miles to the Appleton museum and Playhouse
Within 20 minute traffic drive to the horse or dog training centers
