•No shoes on Carpeted Areas in the home
• No Animals over 25lbs. Please do not allow anyone to bring LARGE pets or service animals on the property (due to bad pet allergies).
. No Animals are allowed on the furniture.
. No Cats allowed only Dogs
• No Smoking/Vaping inside the property.
• No parties or large gatherings.
• No more than the maximum number of (10) people on the property.
• Absolutely no hanging out in the front of the property.
•No loud music, it is important to respect the neighbors and the neighborhood.
• No additional guest staying at the property without permission.
• No photoshoots or filming are allowed inside the property or in the building without permission.
• Please let us know if you are booking for someone else. We reserve the right to cancel without a refund if you do not let us know that you are booking for someone else.
• By booking you agree that you are making this reservation in goodwill. Also that you agree to not damage the property or any of its contents. If in any case you are unhappy because of our rules, consequences, and/or the results of a resolution you will choose to not retaliate. If so we have the right to litigate against you.

Experience: We want to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. To enhance your visit, our property comes installed with smart-home technology(ring doorbell, keypad entry). This property has private entry, a noise detector, and a smoke detection device. This allows us to respond to noise nuisances and smoke detection without disrupting your stay. All devices are 100% privacy compliant. The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Initial violation will receive a courtesy warning, and the second violation will result in fines of up to $1,000 and guests will be subject to immediate eviction without any refunds.
