Guests are able to access the entire LEFT side of the duplex, including the driveway, back patio, and fenced backyard.
In the heart of the Bed & Breakfast District and less than a mile from 4th Ave Food Park and Depot Park, 1.5 mi from UF campus, and 2 mi from UF Health Shands Hospital.
This property is centrally located. There is NO on street parking in front of the home, however the driveway can fit 2 cars. Parking downtown is limited especially on the weekends. There are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts to get you around town or get some fresh air and take in the city by walking.
Please note that a pet is permitted for an additional fee of $50.
A signed rental agreement is required to complete a reservation. The link for signature will be provided upon booking. A $100 hold will be placed on the credit card used for booking 1 day prior to arrival and will be released 3 days after departure, minus incidentals.
