Enjoy the lovely setting of this beautiful tiny home in Acony Bell Tiny Home Village. It is close to Pisgah National Forest, Dupont and Brevard, Hendersonville and Asheville are all close.
It has a full kitchen, queen loft bedroom, living room area with couch and entertainment center. There is a washer/dryer combo, a full bathroom and space in the loft to relax, read or work.. if you must. The outdoor patio has built-in dining space and outdoor seating with a gas grill provided. Tiny respite.
Acony Bell Tiny Home Village is a gated community with a 20mph on paved roads. Many people walk around and it is easy to walk the community and see the chickens, go the Boylston creek or communal firepit. You will need a car to get around the area. Uber can come to the village but having a car is best.

● AIRBNB Guest must be age 21 or older. They are responsible for the actions of all guests in the tiny home.
● GARBAGE: Please place your garbage and recycling in the dumpsters provided.
● FIRE PITS: The fire pits will be continually stocked with wood. We want you to enjoy them. Please do not use them during quiet hours and please make sure the fire is out before leaving them unattended. There are buckets by the fire pits for this purpose and hoses at the end of each road.
● QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM until 7AM on weekdays and 11PM – 8 AM on weekends. All outdoor lights need to be turned off as well. We are a dark sky community.
● SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit in the community is 9 MPH. Please be aware of pedestrians, pets and bikers in the roadway.
● PARKING: Please park in the two-car designated space next to the home. Do not park on grass or other landscaping.
● No tents, campers or trailers allowed. Outdoor tables, 10x10 shade/rain canopy tents, eno hammocks in trees are allowed.
● NO SMOKING inside the house. Outside smoking is allowed but do not leave butts or put out cigarettes on deck, chairs or anything that does not belong to you.
● Please do not flush feminine products in the toilet or large amounts of toilet paper. Tiny homes have tiny pipes.
● No Drone video allowed on property
● Please walk on main roads. Please respect the long-term residents privacy.
● Cleanliness of the Village is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. Management reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person or group who has evidenced a disregard for the rules without a refund. Residents and guests agree to use the community at their own risk. The management and owners are not responsible for damage, injury or loss to persons, pets or property. We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees that we deem necessary.
● NO PETS. FINE OF $300 if any animal is in the house.
