Update - The house has 4 bedrooms but due to city regulations, I am only able to legally rent 2 rooms at a time.
There are 5 adults allowed - Children are available to say in addition.
Update - The pool is finally available! - PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS AN OUTDOOR POOL. It is maintained by a local pool company. Should the pool need some maintenance, please notify my as soon as possible. I will have the pool company come out immediately. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO DEBRIS IN THE POOL! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to shopping and restaurants, Bethel, and Sacramento River.
I love pets and have made this option available for our guests. In order to maintain the cleanliness for the next guest, I do require a $65 pet fee. If you clean up after your pet and our cleaning crew does not have to do extra work, I do not mind refunding the fee. It is only there to ensure a clean environment for our next guests. A $500 fee will be charged for any pets not paid for in advance.
