Approx. 1300 sq.ft. less than 1/2 block from beach, walk out the front door, hang a left and you are at the beach, walk across Padre Blvd and you are on the bay side. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Beach Access is so close, easy walk to and from duplex to go back and forth, also very nice public restrooms at this access point. Beach in this area is mostly condos, therefore not as crowded during peaks. Beautiful walking beach, surfing, fishing, wind surfing, boogie boards, etc. South Padre is very clean, family friendly. Bring your clubs for great golf courses in Laguna Vista & Long Island Village in Port Isabel. Feels like stepping back in time.
