The jacuzzi is heated all year but the pool is not. There is no fee for heating up the jacuzzi. The pool is not heated, however it is usable all year around thanks to Coachella Valley hot weather.
The transient occupancy tax (city tax for short term rentals) is already included in the total you see from VRBO. There is no separate fee. I pay that from the general listing fee to the city every month.
