Community is gated with plenty of close parking for guests. Each unit comes with 2 free guest parking passes. Please reach out to host if you need additional accommodations.
Super fast wifi in unit and kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for a beach vacation. There are even beach towels and beach chairs in unit for your use. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit as well.
Community is gated with parking for reserved guests. We are walking distance to many restaurants and attractions as well as the beach access 24! It is quite possible to walk everywhere and not drive your whole trip! Very drive-able area as well.
There is a 25 year old age minimum required for a guest to book this home. This is a rule that is in place by the condo association. This age requirement is strictly enforced by on-site HOA.
You are permitted to have 2 guest vehicles to be parked on premises during your stay. 2 guest vehicle passes will be provided, free of charge to our guests. These passes must be displayed in your vehicle for the duration of your stay. If this will be an issue, please let us know early so that we can help with a resolution to any parking issues. that could lead to potential towing.
We are not responsible for any vehicles parked in gated community in excess of the 2 free guest passes that we provide.
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time is 8. This includes adults, infants and children. If additional guests wish to stay on the property they must be approved by the owner in advance and could possibly be subject to additional fees. For safety reasons, please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the property. Bringing additional unapproved guests could result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
