If you like stylish modern comfort, enjoy this unique stay in a converted 1930’s school house. It’s Close to the small western NC towns of Mars Hill and Weaverville, and just a short drive to Asheville.
Things to Note:
This is an old school that is being converted into apartments. The finishes and aesthetic are truly beautiful, it’s very close to downtown, but the construction is ongoing. I have been in this unit during construction and not heard a thing. However we have had a guest notice construction noise recently unfortunately. Likely it depends on the work being done. There is no way to know in advance and you may hear construction noise during weekday business hours.
The complete coffee station is stocked with a variety of coffee and tea for you and your groups’ enjoyment. The photo we use is a staged photo, and actual contents may vary from property to property.
Please note: That there is no smoking throughout the property (must cross street) not in parking lot even)
★ Infants ★
This rental is baby friendly, however, we ask that you let us know so we can properly prepare for your arrival. A team member will come by with the following baby items: pack and play, high chair, children's dinnerware, baby tub, diaper bags, and play mat.
★Late Check Out★
As an option, we like to offer our guests the ability to late check out at 12:30 (an additional 90 mins) for $50. This does create more of a rush on our end with an extra cleaning team member, but again, we know that many people choose western NC for a relaxing vacation spot and we want to do our part to keep you here as long as possible!
Please let us know the day before your checkout at the latest.
If you have time, we ask that you help out the cleaning team during your checkout, please start a load of dishes and laundry as well as take out any trash you have. This allows them to focus primarily on mopping and disinfecting for the next guest.
