This updated house features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, covered front porch, uncovered back patio with fire pit, living room, laundry room, full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, flex/game room with air hocky, and enough bedding to accommodate up to 8 guests!
There are 4 spacious bedrooms inside the home. The 5th bedroom was converted into a game room! There layouts are as follows:
Bedroom 1: This bedroom is located downstairs and is considered the master! It features a king-sized bed, windows for natural light, dresser and closet for storage, ceiling fan, wall mounted flat screen TV, two nightstands on either side of the bed, and access to the en-suite bathroom. This bathroom features a standing shower with glass doors, double sink vanity, and toilet.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located upstairs and is considered one of the guest bedrooms. This bedroom features a queen size bed, window for natural light, ceiling fan, nightstand, dresser and closet for storage.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom is also located upstairs and is considered one of the guest rooms. It features a couch that converts to a full-size bed, window for natural light, wall mounted flat screen TV, dresser and closet for storage, ceiling fan, nightstand, and access to the private balcony area with outdoor seating!.
Bedroom 4: This bedroom is located upstairs and is considered one of the guest bedrooms. It features a queen size bed, a window for natural light, two nightstands, ceiling fan, and dresser for storage.
There is a jack and jill style bathroom that bedroom 3 and 4 share! This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, double vanity, large mirror, and toilet.
Game room: This space was converted into a game room space! It features a large couch, ceiling fan, wall mounted flat screen TV, air hocky table, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, double vanity, large mirror, and toilet.
Just as you walk into the house on the main level, guests will enter into the main living space which includes the dining area, full kitchen, and living area. These spaces are pretty open allowing you to see from one end to the other! This is perfect for keeping an eye on your little ones! The dining area features a table and chairs with a carpet underneath.
Moving right along between the dining area and living area is the full-sized kitchen. The kitchen offers full-size stainless-steel appliances including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short ride from the house. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.
Guests will also find the laundry room in this area with a full-size washer and dryer and shelving above to hang your non dryer items! Guests will love the convenience of being able to do their laundry right in the rental house!
Just past the kitchen is the living area. This area is by far the most relaxing area in the entire house. The living room is furnished with a large L shaped couch, love seat, side tables, coffee table, large wall mounted flat screen TV, TV stand underneath, access to the half bath, and access to the fenced in backyard patio with grill, outdoor fireplace, and firepit!
Please note that the garage is not able to be used by guests and is locked for the owners use only!
Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bathmat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
This beach house is in a prime location in Myrtle Beach, SC. Guests are only a short drive to central Myrtle Beach, Garden City, Surfside, and more! Guests love the location and proximity to the beach, shopping, dining, live music, and so much more. This property is in Gleneagles Cottages, part of the award-winning Legends Golf Resort! The Gleneagles Community is situated next to 3 award winning golf courses and Ailsa Pub Sports Bar & Cafe, a local Golf Digest rated restaurant/bar.
Guests should note that there is a ring door bell camera on the front door of the property. There are no cameras of any kind inside the home though!
