It is an easy drive or Uber to the airport, Petco Park, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Torrey Pines Golf, Coronado Island, and all San Diego attractions.
The main bedroom penthouse suite has floor-to-ceiling disappearing glass doors opening to beautiful views of the Village and ocean on the horizon. Play all day parasailing, paddleboarding, building sand castles, snorkeling, and frequenting local hot spots like The Lot, The Comedy Store, and Dukes La Jolla.
Inside you'll be met by soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, and a bright interior flooded with natural light. The modern decor with a tropical touch will make you feel luxurious and truly like you're on vacation. Folding Cantina doors in the dining and living area create airy, open spaces, allowing you to bring the outdoors in. The 75-inch Samsung Frame TV above the attractive fireplace is perfect for hosting a movie night. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the spacious, updated kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a floating island. Enjoy making memories, having great conversations, and eating home-cooked meals around the large formal dining table. If you need to stay connected, there are two dedicated working spaces, one with a sit-down, stand-up desk.
With six beds available, everyone will have their own private, comfy spot to read, rest and relax. All bedrooms are outfitted with designer furnishings and lighting, and there is a new Nest heating and cooling system for year-round comfort.
