Summary: THEY REQUIRED A CASH DEPOSIT AND WE DON'T CARRY CASH AND IT WAS LATE AT NIGHT. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADVERTISED WHEN BOOKING NOT WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL.
