You will love this perfectly maintained and updated 2 bedroom, 1 Bath cottage located just 0.8 miles from beautiful Smugglers Beach in So. Yarmouth. Skull Island mini golf, driving range and batting cages are just a short 5 minute walk along a quiet street. You are also only a 5 minute walk from Stop & Shop, Bass River Discount Liquor Store, Great Island Bakery and the world famous Pancake Man restaurant. You're also only 0.3 miles from Windmill Beach and the beautiful Bass River.
The cottage has been very tastefully updated with a new kitchen and bathroom along with a beautiful composite back deck and shower inside the fully fenced and private backyard. The cottage sleeps 8 guests spread out over the 1,000/sq ft of living space. The master bedroom has a queen bed; the 2nd bedroom boasts a queen bed and set of twin bunk beds. The last bed is a convertible couch located behind a privacy screen in the reading alcove. There is A/C in each bedroom and a ductless A/C system in the main living space. The heating system has been recently updated to take the edge off the chilly spring and fall mornings
The cottage comes fully equipped to make your stay everything you want it to be. There are board games for adults and kids; a flat screen smart TV to access your Netflix account along with high speed WiFi. There is a full size stackable washer and dryer complete with detergent and dryer sheets for your use. The bathroom will be stocked with toilet paper, and soft soap. The kitchen is fully equipped to make your meal preparations a memorable experience. A full set of pots, pans, plates, bowls, and other preparation equipment will be provided as well as basic food items stocked in the pantry. The coffee alcove boasts a Keurig and drip coffee makers and plenty of mugs to get your mornings going strong.
The back yard is fully fenced and very private with a large gas grill, dining table, and wonderful Cape Cod shower. There are beach chairs and sand toys available for our guests to use. The walk to Smugglers Beach is just 15 minute stroll along a quiet side street or a quick 5 minute drive.
