This spacious two bar”. story townhouse, with new living room furnishings that were just added this spring. A well appointed top to bottom updates throughout offers two bedrooms. The master has a King bed with full private bath. Private patio off master as well . Second bedroom is a set of twin with private full bath as well. We have added a third area with a tv room and extra twin bed great for the kids.
Well equipped kitchen opens to a large inviting living room area , along with a newly added “coffee bar”.
Full dinning area for six. Plenty of seating around the flat screen TV for all to enjoy.
This end unit has an outside patio with fantastic golf view, with a gas grill and patio seating. Sit down relax enjoy a cocktail or your favorite beverage. Take in a golf course view of the Galleon course hole #8 along with our “low country ‘ trees , wildlife , Spanish moss hanging among our trees and smell of nature.

The beach access is a private area only for shipyard guests. There is parking for one car with your car pass. Showers along with restrooms for your use Lifeguards are on site during season. Many guests bike to the beach as Hilton Head Island is known for its many miles of bike paths. This is 0.5 miles to the beach by bike or a 10 min walk out your front door.
Shipyard is centrally located on the south end of the island close to great shopping restaurants and many main attractions.
