3 Bedroom House in West Meade, Nashville
West Meade is close to everything, but you will feel like you are away from it all. The colonial style home sits on a one-acre lot and is completely renovated with rustic details and has all the comforts of home. The home is perfect for large families or 3 couples traveling together. We’ve become a favorite home for families attending weddings at the nearby Belle Meade Plantation, Green Door Gourmet, Cheekwood, or Hillwood Country Club.
You will feel like a local as you explore the it city and then return back to your home away from home. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. There is also a half bath off of the living room. All of the bedrooms have large mirrors and nice light so there is plenty of space for getting ready to go out.
Don’t worry about packing things like toilet paper and soap, we’ve got you covered! We have an open floor plan which allows your entire party to gather together. Our large farm table seats 10 and we also have a bar that seats 4.
The kitchen is completely stocked with pots, pans and flatware so you will feel right at home with everything you need to cook for your group, big or small. The living room is spacious and has a new smart tv with cable and Netflix.
On the main level we have a master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also an office area on the main level if you need to work...we have fast wi-fi. A full laundry room is available on the main level for your use with detergent provided. An ironing board and iron are also available. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, both with private full bathrooms. A pack n play is available in each of those rooms. We have a large backyard with a playset/club house for kids, a tree house, a slack line, a basketball goal, tables and chairs on a lit patio, and a gas grill. Kids riding toys can also be available upon request.
The front porch has rocking chairs for you to relax and drink your coffee. We often see deer running through the yard and fireflies in the summer!
We have 1 King, 1 queen, 2 double, 1 queen sleeper sofa, and 2 pack n plays available.
We do not allow more than 9 guests for any reason.
Failure to be honest about the number of people in your group will result in losing your security deposit and being asked to leave!
Early and late check-out options may be available for a small fee. Message for more information 10 miles to Downtown. 20 mins to airport. Uber and Lyft quickly anywhere!
