With beach access directly across the street, you’re 3 minutes away from the sand and surf. We provide a convenient beach cart with towels, chairs, games, an umbrella, drink cooler, and boogie boards to make your day a memorable one. Enjoy your time swimming and sunbathing on the World’s Most Famous Beach, play some spike ball, or log your steps for the day by taking a brisk walk on the shoreline. If bicycles are your transportation of choice, the nearby Blue Coast Shop provides free delivery for weekly rentals.

From the moment you walk in, you’ll be drawn to the bright and spacious living area, tastefully decorated with coastal accents resembling the beautiful colors found on our local beach. Our guests are often surprised and delighted at how big this townhome truly is! The open layout is preferred by most guests and provides the perfect setting to prepare a home-cooked meal, watch a movie, or host a game night. However, there’s also plenty of space for everyone to spread out when they crave some solitude.
The downstairs living area is centered around a NEW 75” wall-mounted Sony 4K Smart TV for your viewing enjoyment. The new, extra-large sofa with chaise lounge and oversized ottoman provides guests with the perfect spot to relax while watching their favorite movie or sporting event. Cable programming is included; however, guests are welcome to log in to their own apps for even more viewing options.
The large, modern kitchen is well appointed with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space for meal prep, and includes a large island with 3 bar stools. With a dining room table that comfortably seats 6, this is a welcoming space to gather for meals and conversation. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to enjoy meals at home, including a toaster, microwave, air fryer, and blender.
After dinner, retreat to your private patio with a good book and your favorite beverage. The patio offers seating for 4 plus a new electric Char-Broil BBQ grill for your exclusive use. Sheer curtain panels offer a little ambiance in addition to added privacy.
Upstairs, you will find 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A dedicated workspace with high-speed WIFI is tucked away in the landing for remote work or homeschool use. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are also located on the second floor.
The Grand Suite boasts a comfortable king-size bed with a Tempur-pedic mattress topper, luxurious bedding, a full-size sofa with chaise lounge, a large, wall-mounted flat screen TV, a relaxing garden tub, and a modern walk-in shower. The large walk-in closet with stand-up mirror is perfect for storing your belongings during your stay. We also provide a pack ‘n play for the little ones and blackout curtains for a good night’s sleep.
The second guest room is well appointed with a comfortable queen size bed with a Tempur-pedic mattress topper, luxurious bedding, and a large, wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is ample space in the large closet for all your belongings.
The third guest room is well appointed with twin bunk beds and a single twin bed. Reading pillows and bean bags are also provided. There is an extra twin mattress located in the closet, if needed.
The shared hall bath is tastefully decorated and comes equipped with both a shower and a full-size bathtub.
Inside the expansive garage, you’ll find a full-size pool table, which quickly converts into a Brunswick ping pong table for hours of fun and enjoyment. We offer many board games for most ages, including a giant Connect 4 game.
