The suite is the fully private lower level of our estate`s main residence; the home above and the separate coach house may host their own guests — separate spaces and entrances, and everyday sounds occasionally travel between levels (quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM keep nights peaceful). The estate`s pool is not included with this suite. Registered guests only (max 6); celebrations happen at nearby venues; strictly no smoking. Three exterior cameras at the estate (front door, driveway, backyard) — never inside. Quick ID verification and a short rental agreement after booking. Pets on request — exact fee confirmed up front. STRICTLY NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere on the property — indoors, at the entrance, or on the grounds. Violations incur odour-remediation and recovery costs in addition to termination of the stay. No illegal substances.
