To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:
No smoking is permitted inside the house. A minimum penalty of $599 will be applied for violations.
All pets must be pre-approved by the host before booking.
A pet fee of $50 per pet, per night applies. Please contact us for weekly rates on stays longer than 7 nights.
Bringing a pet without prior approval may result in an additional cleaning fee of up to $250.
