Located in a private north Knoxville setting. Under 15 minutes to downtown Knoxville or the University of Tennessee. Under 25 minutes to West Knoxville.
The Space:
Sleeps 17: 9 beds in 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms (two walk in showers, two tubs, two hot water heaters), a backyard living space, parking space for 7 cars with overflow parking. 2 kitchens fully equipped each with a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Two sets of laundry machines provided. Main dining room seats 8, second dining area has a table that seats 6 with a breakfast bar that seats 3. Parking is abundant; gravel pull through can accommodate trailers. 3 outdoor sitting areas.
Guest Access:
We send the check-in instructions the day before the day of check- in. The door lock is based on an app called August, you'll either need to download the August Home (smart lock) App onto your smartphone or use the door code we provide, it is your preference. Door access will be operable at your check in time and stop operating at check out. Please let us know right away if you are wanting to check-in early or checking out late so we can coordinate with our cleaner to accommodate your request if possible.
The Neighborhood:
Quite but close to I-75's Callahan Road exit (exit number 110). There is a train that passes over a road 0.3 miles from this property, it's not super loud, but it is noticeable.
Getting Around:
This property is close enough to town for all delivery services to cover including Uber and Lyft. Knoxville is known for our outdoor activities including hiking, water related recreating, has some awesome bikes parks, disk golf, dog parks, and many other outdoor areas. Downtown is fun too!

The maximum sleeping capacity is 17. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $35 per person per night. There is some room for blow up mattresses - extra guests above the maximum will be charged $35 per person per night.
Standard check-in time is at 3:30 PM Eastern. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Eastern will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate.
Standard check-out time is at 10 AM Eastern. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. Late check out policy: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 10 AM Eastern; 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM Eastern. This is because our cleaners will charge us a premium for not being able to clean in the already tight turnover window.
