This listing is for a 2 queen bed unit at the Vistas. One bedroom is fully enclosed, the other is open as pictured. We are an apartment community located in central Sierra Vista. We have a great location and complex was built in 2010 as an extended stay. This is now a converted apartment complex. Our most common complaints are signs of previous pets, smells (food/marijuana) in the hallway and unit from neighbors, noise and lack of electrical outlets in master bedroom. These complaints are rare and we do address them. We are strictly non smoking but people do break the rules. This unit has been renovated with new cabinets, appliances and furniture but does show signs of wear and tear. There may be signs of previous pets. We do our very best and are here to help with your stay.
Welcome to The Vistas, the only class A accommodations for short term and long term visitors. We offer an unmatched combination of luxury amenities including an onsite movie theater, business center, and coffee bar. Unit 216 is on the 2nd floor w elevator access. You will enjoy 2 new queen size 12" beds and a fully remodeled kitchen. Sleeps a total of 4-5 comfortably. 60" flat screen includes cable and HBO and everything is brand new in the kitchen. The Space:
The Vistas is an interior corridor former extended stay. The property has an elevator for 2nd and 3rd floor access. The 2bd units are junior 2bd meaning one of the rooms is not fully enclosed or have a closet so technically it is a 1.5 bd or Junior 2bd, whatever you want to call it:) Please refer to the pictures.
The property has unmatched amenities and service for the Sierra Vista submarket. You can expect to get double the room size, a fully stocked kitchen, unmatched amenities for about the price of a regular mid tier hotel room. We offer studios, 1bd, and 2bd. We offer furnished or unfurnished units for short term or long term lease. All of our short term bookings are done through airbnb.
This is a fantastic Sierra Vista location, minutes from Fort Huachuca, Fry Blvd, Walmart, Home Depot and Veterans Memorial Park. Perfectly central.
