Stoneridge E36 has twenty eight steps in and is ONE LEVEL. This unit has a STANDARD RATING, SLEEPS SIX and offers INTERNET ACCESS. The LIVING ROOM has a FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD and a GAS FIREPLACE (fireplace available for use Nov 15 - Apr 1). There's a fully functional KITCHEN and the DINING ROOM seats six. The first bedroom has a KING bed, a TV and a FULL BATH. The second bedroom also offers a KING bed and a TV, while the third bedroom has TWO SINGLE beds and a TV/DVD. These rooms share the second FULL BATH. This unit is within WALKING DISTANCE TO SLOPES WEATHER PERMITTING and you can relax on the DECK with a great view of the mountain. During the summer months, this unit has acces to the tennis and basketball courts. NO access to the COMMUNITY POOLS. Guests are welcome to use the RESORT'S indoor and/ outdoor pool.
The Villages is comprised of 5 different communities including Woodridge/Meadowridge/Sunridge/Stonegate/Stoneridge. They are all located in close proximity to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The homes range in size from a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to offer. All condo rental homes offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes: utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue. In the summer months, there are tennis/basketball courts, and two community outdoor pools available on a per unit basis.
(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental guests.) However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out (WEATHER PERMITTING). All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.
Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the communities
