Unlike the majority of Savannah, according to mapping resources, the neighborhood is one of Savannah's safest areas. Although some surrounding homes may appear unmaintained, your safety is more maintained here than in the majority of Savannah's areas.

Just as the neighborhood exudes a historic and diverse atmosphere, the home's authentic 1979 brick build and original windows provide a humble and down-to-Earth experience.
