*How do I get to the Island?
-You can get to the island by boat or by using the Palm Island Transit Car Ferry. The car ferry pass is $55/car for round trip. You can buy a 10 pack of car ferry passes for $400. When you arrive to the Ferry, there will be car line that you can wait in to get onto the ferry. The first mate will tell you when to board and guide you onto the ferry. Stay in your vehicle. Roll down your windows. If it is dark, please turn off your headlights (while waiting for ferry until you arrive to the island). If you forget, they definitely yell at you…lol. It is a 2-3 minute car ferry. Ferry Hours: Sunday -Thursday: 6:30 am – 10:00 pm Friday: 6:30am – 11:00 pm Saturday: 6:30 – 12:00 am
*Can I get groceries on Palm Island?
-We would recommend getting groceries prior to coming to the island. There is no grocery store on the island. Coconuts, located inside Palm Island Resort, does have very basic supplies/provisions (milk, eggs, condiments, cheese, wine and some adult beverages).
There is a Publix close to the Palm Island Transit. You can order groceries through the Walmart app and pick up the groceries. The nearest Walmart is on South McCall Rd.

-The nearest public boat launches are Ainger creek park to the north, or Placida Park and Eldred’s Marina to the south. Yes, you may keep your boat at our private dock during your stay. Our dock is designed for boats up to 30 feet. You can rent boats through Abe’s Boat Rental. Abe’s boat rental is located at Cape Haze Marina, which is located directly across from our canal entrance. From our dock, it is a 5 minute “no wake” boat ride to the intercostal waterways and 10 minute boat ride to Stump Pass & Gulf of Mexico.

-Yes. There is one restaurant, Rum Bay, and is located in Palm Island Resort. Hours: 11:30-8:30pm daily.
-Coconuts Café, located directly below Rum Bay, has coffee and breakfast sandwiches available. Coconuts, also, sells ice cream and has golf carts, bikes, and kayaks available for rent.
