Cold AC, ceiling fan and box fan for those hot Florida days! Adult pool and kiddie pool! Walking distance to the boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. At the corner of Int'l Speedway and A1A for you Nascar Enthusiasts! There are kid innertubes and sand toys for their enjoyment. We would be honored to host your next vacation and be part of your memories being made!
Our unit is on the 4th floor with amazing views of the ocean. We have a private balcony. There is a beautiful oceanfront pool and kiddie pool. Laundry facilities are on the 1st floor. We also have free parking with a parking pass provided. 65" Roku TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, HULU, ESPN, Disney, etc. You just need your login info. Our complex is in the finishing stages of renovations. Renovations may still be going on in other units. Please know it is possible to hear some noise during the day.
