Guest Access:
Guests will receive an email and text message with the gate and door code accesses on the day of their arrival. Vehicles must be registered with the HOA prior to arrival.

This home is located in the gated Summer Beach Village, just off the grounds of the Ritz Carlton, on the south end of beautiful Amelia Island. Historic Fernandina Beach is minutes away and offers additional restaurants, sightseeing, nightlife, and other fun for the entire family. Golf abounds near Summer Beach Village including The Ritz Carlton Amelia Island, Golf Club of Amelia Island, Amelia River Golf Club, and Oak Marsh at the Omni Amelia Island. These beach-resort communities have a comfortable, laid-back island setting – a way of life many want a place to call home.

Amelia Island is a beach town featuring cars, golf carts, bikes, scooters, etc. for all modes of transportation.
