The unit was beautifully updated very recently with new furnishings and mattresses! Grab bars in shower and tub. Top floor, elevator in the building.
Picture this - relaxing in the screened-in lanai, listening and watching the waves, the dolphins, the sun glistening off the water, the beautiful sunsets, the moon rising over the warm waters of the Gulf, all while enjoying your morning coffee or your favorite drink. So close you can hear the waves! This lovely two bedroom, two bathroom unit has one of the best Gulf views on Sanibel Island. Just bring your bathing suit, flip flops, a good book, sunscreen and your toothbrush. We supply the rest! Your "commute" to the beach is less than 1 minute! Tennis and pickleball courts are walking distance and there is an 18 hole golf course directly across the street. Welcome to our lovely beach home!
Unit Details: Directly on the beach. Very nicely decorated, third floor unit, elevator building. Master bedroom: King size bed/Gulf view. Guest room: Twin beds/Gulf view- can be converted to a king bed; Additional queen size sofa sleeper, Kitchen: granite counters, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked kitchen with high quality ceramic cookware. Central air, satellite TV, internet, tennis courts down the street, heated pool, 18 hole golf course literally across the street.
Your unit is supplied with a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4.
