You'll be sure to flourish at the small and exclusive Sandstep Retreat community, where you can luxuriate in the shared community oceanfront pool, stroll to the beach on your shared private beach boardwalk, and fall in love with the island charm of Sandsteps. Enjoy panoramic views from the generous windows throughout our great room or from your master bedroom. Al fresco dining on your oceanfront deck can't be beat; or for a rainy day, cuddle up to our decorative fireplace in Ernest Hemingway Key West style furnishings. Our beautifully decorated and updated home will give you the vacation that you have been longing for.

Ground Level:
Covered parking for 2 vehicles. Park Tandem, on the right side under the house as marked for 616-1. A 3rd vehicle, size-dependent, may fit tandem on the driveway apron.
Stairwell access to property level, Shared Pool, Outdoor shower, and Beach access.
Pool hours are from 9 AM to dusk. The maximum number of guests allowed in the pool area at any given time is 16, including children. Guest count will be monitored by the HOA.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
