San Remo resort is directly on Madeira Beach in Redington Shores Florida. Drive up and down Gulf Blvd. for restaurants, bars, shopping, and more. The seabird sanctuary is next door and a great place to view local rescued seabirds. This area is typical of a Florida beach community, expect sun, beaches, and relaxation.
Bring a vehicle for easy exploration. If you don't have one, ride-sharing services are readily available such as Uber, Lyft, and Taxi services. Food delivery services are also readily available such as Uber Eats and Door Dash.
The Host Services/Reservation Contract is effective and fully enforceable at the time the reservation is confirmed. All guests additionally agree to all House Rules. In addition to all other terms and rules, the following House Rules apply to all reservations:
-Identification and signed rental agreement required for check-in.

-2 vehicles max, no boats, RVs, trailers, motorcycles, or commercial vehicles.

-Parking passes required to be displayed on vehicle dashboard.
-No unapproved visitors or guests inside the condo or on San Remo Property.
-Do not block or obstruct security cameras.
-Do not unplug Wi-Fi or home monitoring devices.
-Report any damages, water leaks, or issues immediately upon check-in, or when issues occur.
-Follow San Remo Resort rules.
-No hanging towels or clothing on balcony railings.
-No grilling on balconies.
-Do not add, move, or remove furniture.
-Do not sit on furniture while wet.
-No sunscreen or oils in the beds. Sunscreen oil stains the sheets and they will need to be replaced.
-Keep balcony sliding glass doors closed after entering or exiting the patio.
-Return the Air conditioning to 74 upon checkout.
-Keep Air conditioning fan mode set to "auto".
-Place all trash in bags and into appropriate trash bins upon checkout.
-Wash all dirty dishes or place inside dishwasher and start the cycle upon checkout.
Any violation of the house rules will result in a $500 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit. In addition to the fees and forfeiture, a Violation may also result in cancellation of the Host Services/Reservation Contract. A cancellation of the Host Services/Reservation Contract means the Guest is no longer a guest and must vacate the property immediately. This cancellation will not result in a refund of any unused portion of the reservation. The Host, or his agent, will notify you by message in your inbox with instructions to vacate the property and such other instructions as may be necessary. These instructions to vacate the property shall be enforced through notification to local law enforcement that your invitation and guest reservation has been cancelled. Your continued presence on the property after this notification may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. See Chapter 810, Florida Statutes. Once your invitation and guest reservation has been cancelled and you have been notified to vacate the property, local law enforcement may forcibly remove you, charge you with a crime, arrest you, or give you a notice to appear in court for trespassing.
