BEDROOMS
The Salty Sailor has two bedrooms: one king bed on the main floor and one queen bed upstairs. Bedding is provided. The linens are 100% cotton with feather duvets. Each bed has four pillows. If extra linens or pillows are needed, please let your host know. There are also two twin roll-away beds located in the main floor closet. Roll-away bedding is available upon request. Each room features a 42" smart TV and dressers for storage. Window A/C units are offered seasonally.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is located just inside the upstairs bedroom. Please note that the ceiling is partially sloped and gets low on one side. Essentials such as toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup cloths (reusable and disposable), toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer are provided. Underneath the sink is a First Aid Kit as well as a borrow basket for items left behind by guests, instead of throwing these items away. I encourage every guest to use and contribute to this borrow basket.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is located upstairs and is equipped with full-size appliances: a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, and microwave. A Keurig is available as well as a stovetop kettle. A small Brita water pitcher is in the fridge. Various cooking utensils are also provided as well as some grilling basics for outdoor use. Dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and hand towels are provided. Underneath the sink are basic cleaning supplies as well as a fire extinguisher. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen table and 2 more at the island. A complimentary welcome basket with water, coffee pods, and snacks will be left in the kitchen to get your stay started. There is also a borrow basket in the cabinet next to the fridge with leftover items from previous guests, instead of throwing these items away. I encourage every guest to use and contribute to this borrow basket.
*** Children's kitchen basics are available complimentary, but upon request. This includes high chairs, plates, cups, and utensils.

LIVING ROOM AREA
Kick back and relax on the comfy full-size couch or two leather recliners. The living room has a 50" smart TV to stream all the content you want. Located in the closet are board games as well as 2 twin roll-away beds. Please tell your host if you intend to use the roll-away beds for bedding to be provided. Also in the living room is a dedicated workspace with a desk and an office chair. High-speed WIFI is provided.

OUTSIDE
The Salty Sailor is an entire home with a completely fenced-in yard. The driveway offers parking for up to 6 cars. In the front yard, there is a barbequing area, a fire pit with ample seating for the whole group, and dining space. The converted garage offers two 42" smart TVs to entertain a crowd. The backyard offers a balcony for the upstairs bedroom, lawn space, a hot tub for four, and a seasonal outdoor shower.
***Beach essentials are available seasonally, including chairs, umbrellas, towels, and miscellaneous. toys.

PETS
The Salty Sailor is pet-friendly, however, there is a $25 per day fee. By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your pet causes during your stay. No pets are to be left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet.

Please note that we permit a maximum of 2 pets on this property, preferably aged 2 years and above. Exceptions may be granted at the host's discretion. Please inquire.

Vaccination records must be provided upon request.

Some pet supplies are available upon request: bowls, food mat, blankets, and a bed.

LAUNDRY
Laundry is not offered on-site yet. In the meantime, I recommend the laundromat in Dennis Port, Star Laundry, for self-service or Angel Cleaners for pick-up and delivery services.

GUESTS WITH SMALL CHILDREN
A pack-n-play crib is available upon request as well as other assorted children’s toys and dishes as noted above. Please reach out to your host for any questions or requests.
