Take the exterior steps from the parking area to the entrance on the first floor. Enter the open main living space with kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well-equipped and has LG Cafe appliances including a solid surface stove and dishwasher, wine cooler, butch block counter tops and counter seating. Beyond the kitchen is the cozy living room with comfortable sofa and chair, ductless split unit air conditioner and large slider to the deck overlooking the ocean.
The slider from the living room leads to the private balcony deck. Relax and take in the sweeping, unobstructed ocean views and spectacular sunrises.
