Nestled in the North Georgia mountains on the bank of the lower Toccoa River, this 4 bedroom/3.5
bath custom lodge-style cabin boasts rustic charm and luxurious finishings. Relax on the deck in front
of the stacked stone wood-burning fireplace and enjoy the game, or take in the year-round beauty and
serenity of the wooded hills, rushing river, and singing birds from the hot tub on the terrace patio.
Seasonally, wave to the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway which passes on the other side of the river twice a
day or to the occasional tubers, kayakers, and fishermen who float downstream. The interior is
spacious with vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, two great rooms each possessing a massive rock
gas-log fireplace, a well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances, Direct TV, internet, and more.
Sleeping a total of 10 guests, this lodge features a master suite on the main level, a master suite
upstairs, and 2 bedrooms and bath downstairs. You can walk out, enjoy the grassy backyard for a
game of catch, and utilize the steps into the river to go fishing.

All Bed Linens and towels are provided with this rental. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, and pans. There are no food items, spices, or condiments provided.
You will be provided with 5 Kitchen Trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels per Kitchen Sink, 3 packs of dishwasher detergent, 1 10 oz Gain or Tide laundry soap (6 loads), a small 2 oz bottle of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner per bathroom with tub or shower, and a bar of hand soap per bathroom sink, 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet. You will also be provided with a souvenir Willow Creek Cabin Rentals tote bag to take with you. Please make a note, this is a starter kit for your arrival. If you require more essentials, you will be required to purchase those. No more items will be brought to the property.

TN, just a short drive to groceries and only 20 minutes to historic downtown Blue Ridge. Spend a day
on a boat on Lake Blue Ridge, ride the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, or pick apples at Mercier Orchards.
Also nearby, you’ll find great shopping, fine dining, hiking, kayaking, tubing, white water rafting,
horseback riding, zip-lining…something for everyone.
River’s Edge Lodge Interior:
Custom designed and built by Keith Sumner Custom Homes, this Craftsman-style lodge is the
ultimate mountain river retreat with three levels of living area, giving everyone their privacy.
Entry Level:
Upon entering, this home will take your breath away with its vaulted ceilings, gorgeous floor to ceiling
stacked-stone wall, massive rock gas-log fireplace, enormous windows, and magnificent river view.
The open floor plan offers a fully equipped chef’s kitchen complete with a gas range, stainless
appliances, custom cabinetry, rock counter-tops, a copper farm sink, and beautiful finishes throughout.
Enjoy your meals at the 9-ft custom live edge table with comfortable seating or sit and play one of the
many board games or puzzles. In addition to the fireplace, the great room offers a plush leather
sectional perfect for lounging and a flat-screen TV. Also, off of the entry, there’s a washer and dryer,
and a half bath. This level also features a master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, master bathroom with a
double vanity, and a large walk-in stone shower. Off of the main level, a large deck overlooks the Toccoa River with comfortable seating, a wood-burning
fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and a Weber gas grill for outdoor cooking.
Upper Level:
The upper level features a second master bedroom with a king bed, a large walk-in closet, a master
bathroom with a single vanity and a large walk-in rushing rock waterfall shower. At the end of the loft
balcony, there’s a built-in desk perfectly positioned with a river view.
Lower Level:
The lower level features a second great room with another stunning rock gas-log fireplace, a flatscreen
TV conveniently hanging above, ample seating, wet bar, and shuffleboard table. In addition,
there is a third bedroom with a queen bed which overlooks the river and has two corner built-ins. The
fourth bedroom sleeps a family with a king bed and a two twin XL trundle bed. Catering to the lower
level, the full bath has a walk-in stone shower and single vanity.
Exit to the terrace level patio which boasts a hot tub and outdoor seating.
Exterior:
A grassy backyard is perfect for family fun while enjoying the sights and sound of the river. Adirondack
chairs are available for more river viewing as well as steps for easy access into the river.
