The Space:
Unwind in the lavishly furnished open concept with surprisingly thoughtful touches throughout. The heart of the home is a well-apportioned kitchen that flows into the open living area with plenty of comfy seating for lounging or eating. Enjoy a quiet drink in the screened lanai overlooking a private but spacious and immaculately landscaped yard, or pamper yourself with a dip in the heated pool before retiring to one of four beautiful bedrooms. There is no shortage of things to do nearby, from museums to the Florida Aquarium (6 mi), the Straz Center for Performing Arts (5 mi), Amelie Arena (5 mi), Adventure Island (4.5 mi), walk to the Lowry Park Zoo (only a mile away), and Raymond James Stadium (5 mi). If the Beach is what you are looking for, Clearwater's world-class Beach is only 30 minutes away.
