Between the formal dining table with seating for 4 and the breakfast bar with additional seating for 2, there’s plenty of room for meals enjoyed at home. The spacious kitchen with its wide countertops and standard appliances also includes a toaster, coffee machine, blender, and crock pot for your convenience. - As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.
- On day of arrival all guests will have to reach out to the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.
- A queen size sleeper sofa is provided in the living area.
- The home has a second full bathroom off the living space.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
