Our 2BR 2BA villa is located in the prestigious Tidewater Plantation in North Myrtle Beach. It's a short 3 mile drive to the sand at Cherry Grove Beach. There are great restaurants, shopping, fishing, water sports, family activities, and so much more nearby. You’ll love the quiet, natural wooded area with secure 24/7 security guard, pools, hot tub, tennis complex, and fitness center. Our home is great for couples, golf foursomes, and families, limited to four (4) people. Additional guests, up to a maximum of 6, ages 16 and over will be charged at $75 per person per night.

Comfort and seclusion are paramount in our fully equipped, air conditioned, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condominium. The master bedroom has two full size beds and a private bath with double sinks, private dressing area, and private bathtub/shower and toilet room. The second bedroom has two full size beds, and shares a hall bathroom with a single sink, bathtub/shower combo. There is a private entrance to the bathroom directly from this bedroom. The living and dining combo space provides dining. The living room provides a queen sofabed. Free wifi access is provided. There is a large Smart flat screen TV in the living room and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, four-burner electric range, and full sized refrigerator with ice maker. Small appliances include a coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, iron, vacuum, and can opener. There is a full sized stacking washer and dryer located in a closet within the unit. The living room and porch have ceiling fans. There is a covered front porch with a relaxing area for two to sit. The rear covered porch contains a dining table set up for four.
This gated, golf course community is built into the natural landscape of tall pines and abundant vegetation and natural beauty. It boasts a small nature preserve with pond and wildlife, including turtles behind the pool. This villa is centrally located within Tidewater and is located a short walk from the driving range, a junior Olympic size pool, children's pool, hot tub/whirlpool, lighted tennis courts (both clay and macadam), and fully equipped fitness facility. In addition, there is a magnificent clubhouse with on-site restaurant, bar, and pro shop. Public access ocean beaches are minutes away in ocean-side Cherry Grove Beach. The intercostal waterway borders the golf course and offers boating, sailing, and jet ski rentals a short drive away.
