Reindeer Run is a magnificently designed vacation rental house situated in the Country Club. The house has more than 3,200 square ft. of living space and is perfect for family reunions, vacationers and business travelers.

The house is less than 5 minutes from the Frio River and 7 Bluff Crossing where you and your group can enjoy a relaxing float down the crystal clear Frio through the scenic surroundings hills and giant trees that line both banks.

This is a family friendly home with an open layout on the second floor and has comfortable seating for all to enjoy.

NOTE: The living and kitchen areas are located upstairs. It may be difficult for the elderly and children to constantly climb stairs. Please consider this before booking the property.

Each bedroom has a complete and full bathroom with an additional half bath located upstairs. The entire house is outfitted with Wifi capabilities. and also surround sound speakers in the back porch and pool area. This house also includes an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal BBQ pit located next to the sports pool where you can enjoy various water activities. Outdoor kitchen has a standard size refrigerator.

Each bedroom has a TV with DirecTV, super high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, linens, and fresh clean towels in all the bathrooms. Living Room Only has Netflix, No DirecTV. On site washer and dryer for your convenience.

Please NO SMOKING inside the House, but guests may light up all they wish outdoors. Also, the garage doors will be locked at all times. No parking in the garage.

Summary: The trip itself went fine thanks to the good company, but the house was definitely not in the shape as proposed the pictures. On arrival the floors are very dirty with shoe prints all over the place they were numerous light switches broken so we weren’t able to turn off or turn off certain lights in the home, multiple bulbs and some of the light fixtures were not operating. The corn hole boards were absolutely destroyed as well as some of the other outdoor games there. I do have to note that the beds were cleaned. That was a big plus the location of the home is really nice minus the 17 speed bumps It takes to get to it. Also, the community gate code is to access the subdivision was not listed at all on the listing or the email sent to me when it was time to check in. Luckily, somebody was able to let us in who is entering the subdivision, and we found the code on the rules paper inside the home once we entered. The pool was ok there was quite a bit of trash inside of it, as well as some metal bits which we did end up stepping on. Luckily, nobody ended up cutting ourselves badly. Mr. Abel was very responsive in the beginning, which was very helpful and getting the information needed to check in. But as the trip went on, he became less and less responsive. The water DOES turn off at midnight at the house, and turns back on at 6 AM this by far was the number one thing that bothered us the most, especially since nobody gave us fair warning this was going to happen. Overall 6/10
